Role Overview

The company is seeking a diligent Quality Analyst to join their team and ensure the quality and smooth delivery of software projects through meticulous testing and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand project requirements and take full ownership of testing documentation and reports.
• Conduct quality testing for individual sprint tasks and entire sprint cycles prior to release, providing verified feedback to the Project Manager.
• Perform final quality assurance checks before beta and live project releases.
• Actively participate in daily development team meetings to facilitate seamless project progress.
• Communicate timely insights and solutions to the Technical Lead to minimize risks and maintain project timelines.
• Engage proactively by discussing technical issues encountered during project work.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least one year of practical experience as a Quality Analyst.
• A keen and inquisitive mindset with determination and diligence.
• Logical thinking, tactfulness, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity for self-directed learning.
• A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and advancing one’s career.
