This internship offers hands-on experience in ensuring project quality across various submissions. As a Quality Analyst intern, you will systematically review project deliverables to confirm they adhere to predefined quality standards and guidelines. Critically assess tasks for errors, missing elements, or inconsistencies, and communicate necessary corrections to contributors. You'll regularly monitor the quality delivered by freelancers and contributors working on assorted projects and task types. Consistent quality audits will identify persistent issues impacting overall project timelines.
Collaborate closely with project and operations teams to clarify expectations, resolve quality concerns, and facilitate smooth task execution. Accurately document observations, corrections, task progress, and other updates using internal platforms. Deliver succinct quality and progress reports to relevant stakeholders, enabling timely responses. Rigorously follow established protocols concerning data accuracy, confidentiality, information security, and ethical management of project data.
