About the Internship
This internship involves hands-on testing and quality assurance of reusable work-assets created by experienced professionals. The intern will meticulously document any ambiguities or incompleteness in instructions, verify submissions against set completeness standards, and highlight discrepancies for further evaluation. They will assist in the creation of training materials such as templates, workbooks, and session presentations based on provided specifications. Maintaining comprehensive reference libraries containing reviewed participant work will also be key. Additionally, the intern will perform structured quality audits on an internal conversational assessment tool following predefined scenarios. Participants are expected to complete Benchmark's professional certification program as part of this role and assist in coordinating live sessions and participant submissions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship for a six-month term, with a start date between August 17, 2026, and September 21, 2026. Relevant skills and interests in quality analysis and related areas are essential. Women restarting or beginning their careers are encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements
- Pursuing or graduates of BBA, B.Com, Economics, or equivalent commerce and management degrees.
- Excellent written English skills to produce clear and exact documentation.
- A willingness to identify and report issues, including those in work done by senior team members.
Compensation & Benefits
The stipend offered ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month. The internship runs five days a week and includes a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation. Outstanding interns may receive a job opportunity. Upon successful transition to a full-time role, the anticipated salary ranges between 360,000 and 480,000 INR annually.
