About the Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Quality Administration Coordinator to oversee and enhance the delivery of excellent administrative services within the Murrumbidgee region. This permanent, full-time position is based in our Wagga Wagga office and is essential in driving administrative quality, supporting continuous improvement programs, and fostering a collaborative and customer-centric workplace culture.

Collaborating closely with operational and service teams, you will lead a team of administrative staff, ensure smooth and efficient administrative systems, maintain high standards, and contribute significantly to the ongoing success of our services. This role suits someone passionate about process enhancement, team leadership, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to a dynamic administration team.
  • Coordinate activities related to quality assurance and assist in adhering to organizational compliance standards.
  • Supervise daily administrative operations to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems, processes, and workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications in administration or equivalent experience combined with appropriate training.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading administration teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to establish productive relationships with stakeholders at all organizational tiers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a busy office environment.
  • A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
