Job Overview

This full-time role at Circle K, based in Unadilla, Georgia, involves assisting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervising the team in their absence to uphold company and brand standards, ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly guest service while coaching and guiding team members.
• Conduct second-round interviews for new hires including team members and shift leads.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, assign shift duties, and verify task completion.
• Oversee food preparation and serving compliance with brand, company, and health regulations, coaching staff on proper procedures.
• Communicate important updates and assist in new product trainings.
• Manage placement of promotional materials as required.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Monitor and verify cash handling, sales records, and inventory controls during shifts; complete necessary paperwork and report discrepancies.
• In Restaurant Manager’s absence, handle administrative duties such as paperwork, inventory and cash counts, and ordering supplies.
• Guarantee a safe environment by adhering to government laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports promptly following company policy.
• Collaborate with management to meet financial and operational goals for profitability.
• Uphold company values: teamwork, integrity, ownership, and competitive spirit.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Full-time availability covering all operational hours including at least one hour before opening and after closing.
• Valid state driver's license is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with leadership ability to motivate and coach staff.
• High integrity and positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to maintain control and urgency in stressful or fast-paced situations.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and capability to work independently.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, walking, standing, and occasional ladder use.
• Ability to tolerate hot and cold work environments and handle equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills.
• Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50+ pounds periodically throughout the shift.
