Job description
Overview
Misogi Partners is working alongside a top main contractor to recruit QA/QC Inspectors for an extensive, high-end villa construction project in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance activities onsite, including conducting thorough inspections and managing inspection and test plans (ITPs).
- Oversee material approvals and handle non-conformance reports (NCRs) effectively.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure compliance with specifications and standards across all villas.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Between 2 to 5 years of QA/QC experience within a main contractor’s environment, specifically in the UAE.
- Background in villa or residential construction encompassing site inspections, ITPs, work inspection requests (WIRs), material inspection requests (MIRs), NCRs, and material approvals.
- Educational credentials including a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Note: Applicants must have UAE experience and a residential construction background.
