Overview
Kumari Infrahomes Private Limited is seeking a QA/QC Engineer based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and upholding construction quality standards within real estate projects, especially villas and apartments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in all construction site activities.
- Perform thorough inspections of civil construction work on-site.
- Oversee material quality assurance and supervise testing methods.
- Detect and address any quality-related issues during construction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC reports, checklists, and other records.
- Verify that construction aligns precisely with the approved drawings and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
- Between five to eight years of relevant experience in real estate or residential construction.
- Preferably experienced in villas and apartment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards and material testing protocols.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS) codes, QA/QC documentation, and quality inspection procedures.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru.

Bachelor's Degree
