Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, calls for a QA Tester skilled in the LM/LC Upgrade & Retail domain. The tester will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and documenting test cases related to LM/LC upgrades and retail systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing activities to validate system functionality.
• Identify and report defects promptly to facilitate quick resolution.
• Analyze test outcomes and collaborate with development, product, and business teams.
• Maintain detailed test documentation and participate in test planning and reviews.
• Support regression and integration testing across software release cycles.
• Contribute to the refinement and enhancement of QA processes and industry best practices within the project team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Quality Assurance methodologies and manual testing approaches.
• Experienced in test case design and execution, especially for complex business workflows.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret requirements, analyze defects, and articulate actionable results.
• Familiarity with LM/LC (Letters of Management/Credit) processes and retail or banking system testing is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of defect tracking, test management tools, and basic SQL or data validation techniques is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively in cross-functional, on-site teams.
• High attention to detail, accountability for deliverables, and adherence to QA standards.
