Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. This role blends manual exploratory testing with automated testing techniques to safeguard the user experience while maintaining confidence in our releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive test plans for features and product releases.
- Develop and sustain automated testing frameworks including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Execute exploratory testing to identify edge cases beyond automation coverage.
- Identify, document, and report software defects with clear, reproducible steps.
- Collaborate with development teams to analyze root causes of bugs.
- Enhance quality assurance procedures and actively contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years experience in quality assurance, focusing on both manual and automated testing.
- Proficient in automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experienced with API testing tools like Postman and REST Assured.
- Working knowledge of continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes and version control systems.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- ISTQB certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Excellent written communication skills, able to articulate technical decisions clearly.
