About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Python SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Production Support Engineer who can proficiently manage live production systems, swiftly address incidents, and effectively troubleshoot issues. This role requires solid practical knowledge in Python programming, production support, SRE principles, APIs, and handling operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer L2 and L3 level support for applications based on Site Reliability Engineering frameworks.
- Manage and resolve production incidents, bug fixes, and application-related issues promptly.
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and apply corrective solutions to avoid future recurrence.
- Continuously monitor system applications through monitoring tools such as Splunk and Kibana.
- Assist in deployment processes and coordinate release activities to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to implement permanent fixes and improvements.
- Maintain and ensure application stability, optimal performance, and high uptime standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization, or a B.C.A. or B.Sc. degree in any specialization.
