Python Software Engineer - Technologist

Position Overview

Seeking a skilled Python Software Engineer to join an eminent cybersecurity firm based in Cambridge, specializing in AI-driven global threat protection. This role involves contributing to the creation of a Greenfield product focused on AI-based security attack prevention within an innovative R&D team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend systems primarily using Python, alongside involvement with Rust and other emerging technologies.
• Engage in rapid prototyping and methodical development of platforms.
• Drive continuous improvements through innovation and problem-solving.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Python backend development.
• Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Some familiarity with Rust, Typescript, and/or C++.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Holds a degree in a STEM field.
