Job Overview
Virtusa is seeking a skilled Python React SQL Developer to contribute at their various locations with a hybrid working model. The role involves designing and enhancing interactive AI-driven chat applications, covering both frontend and backend layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and improve UI/UX for AI-powered chat apps using React.
- Manage the entire frontend-backend request and response lifecycle for AI agents.
- Develop features for chat history, session management, and state persistence.
- Integrate frontend systems with AI agent backends designed on LangGraph and LangChain.
- Build and maintain backend services and middleware with Python.
- Handle data storage and retrieval by working with databases including MongoDB and Databricks.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML engineers to implement AI functionalities for production environments.
Required Expertise
- Strong skills in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Proficient in Python backend development, including creating RESTful APIs and middleware.
- Experience with chat app structures, including request/response flows, chat history, and session handling.
- Knowledge of LLM/AI application architectures such as LangChain and LangGraph is advantageous.
- Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, Databricks, and SQL or equivalent technologies.
- Ability to independently manage full-stack development tasks.
