Python Fullstack Architect

Role Overview

This role requires experienced Full Stack Developers engaged in complex engineering projects, platforms, and marketplaces leveraging emerging technologies. Candidates will work ahead of the technology curve, continually enhancing their skills as polyglot developers. They will be proactive problem-solvers focused on end-to-end design and coding while working in an Agile environment, often collaborating with expert programmers and contributing to open source communities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products and platforms by co-creating with clients.
• Apply technical expertise in application and database design, understanding both low-level and high-level requirements.
• Work extensively with AWS Aurora DB, ensuring efficient data modeling and performance.
• Architect solutions primarily on AWS, including making key design decisions related to technical architecture.
• Demonstrate proficiency with AWS Lambda functions, Python integration, GraphQL, and ReactJS frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple development teams by promoting design consistency, reusability, and performance optimizations.
• Develop proofs of concept and foundational frameworks, engaging hands-on with AWS and Python technologies.
• Possess strong knowledge of AWS services, preferably with AWS certification.
• Maintain high code quality standards using unit tests, code reviews, and automation testing tools.
• Monitor backend system performance, scalability, and reliability while diagnosing and resolving technical problems through debugging and root cause analysis.
• Work collaboratively with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Review and guide team deliverables, coaching others on software development best practices.
• Engage actively in open source projects and continuously pursue skill upgrades.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization and must demonstrate strong capabilities in full stack development, AWS cloud, and Python programming. They should be motivated to work on large-scale digital platforms for innovative Fortune 500 clients and be familiar with cloud native architectures.
