About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer passionate about Generative AI and AI/ML technologies to become part of an innovative software engineering team based in Singapore. The role includes working with modern development practices and cutting-edge AI frameworks to build impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience using open-source AI/ML libraries and frameworks like PyTorch and LangChain.
- Application of Test-Driven Development (TDD) in daily coding tasks.
- Practical knowledge of version control and continuous integration/delivery pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
- Familiarity with various database technologies, including relational databases, NoSQL, and graph databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI techniques such as Fine-tuning, Distillation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Multi-Channel Processing (MCP), and Attention-to-Attention (A2A) models.
- Strong grasp of AI and machine learning principles.
- Background in data engineering tasks.
- Competence with scripting languages including Shell scripting and Regular Expressions.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum project management frameworks.
- Basic Linux operating system familiarity.
- Knowledge or interest in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, configuration management with Ansible, log management via Splunk, and public cloud environments.
