Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Account Managers to oversee procurement and sales of pharmaceutical products within a designated European region.
Key Duties
- Identify and engage potential clients
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers
- Spot and develop new business opportunities
- Set up new trading accounts
- Negotiate pricing and process orders
- Hold regular monthly meetings to maintain client relationships
- Foster strong client rapport and negotiate optimal terms
- Make informed decisions promptly in a dynamic work environment
Experience and Abilities
- A minimum of 2 years' customer service experience including cold calling
- Comfortable conducting online meetings
- Skilled with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking aptitude
- High attention to detail
Skills and Personal Qualities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Effective time management skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- Fluency in English
Educational Qualifications
Pharmacy qualifications are preferred but candidates with related experience will also be considered.
