About the Role

Suraj Print Pack Private Limited is urgently seeking a Purchase Executive to join their Ahmedabad team. This position involves overseeing daily procurement activities, coordinating inventory, managing raw material purchases, and handling supplier relations and purchase orders to ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate material requirements accurately.
• Manage the purchasing process for raw materials effectively.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials are available and delivered on schedule.
• Prepare and organize purchase orders and necessary documentation meticulously.
• Assist in controlling costs and support operations related to purchasing.
• Ensure supply of materials aligned with operational demands.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum diploma qualification is mandatory.
• At least six months of practical experience as a Purchase Executive.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, raw material procurement, purchase order handling, supplier coordination, and cost control techniques.

• Company Location: Ajmeri Estate, Shanidev Mandir Road, Tavdipura, Dudheshwar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
• Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
