Job description
Job Overview
This role involves the procurement of raw materials including steel plates, bars, tubes, hollow pipes, castings, and aluminum. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with various steel grades and have conducted market research related to steel components. Familiarity with machining processes such as VMC, CNC, and HMC, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire purchasing process for raw materials like steel and aluminum components.
- Conduct market analysis and understand the processes involved in manufacturing steel components.
- Coordinate and oversee enquiries and quotation activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Record purchase orders accurately in the order register and ensure prompt data entry into company systems.
- Effectively organize and communicate with suppliers, participating actively in all supplier-related tasks.
Additional Information
Immediate joining is preferred, with a maximum allowable joining period of one month.
