Job Overview
The role involves meticulous maintenance and cleaning of public spaces including changing linens and towels, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing guest amenities, and comprehensive bathroom sanitation.
Key Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of commonly used areas ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Replace all linen, towels, and guest supplies promptly and efficiently.
- Vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and thoroughly clean restrooms.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the Housekeeping Management or Engineering Department.
- Engage effectively and politely with guests, responding swiftly to their requests.
- Handle physical tasks that include frequent bending and lifting as required.
Additional Information
This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to maintain excellent guest experiences in public areas of the property.
