Job description

Overview

Dome Group seeks a capable Public Relations Officer to oversee a wide range of government and corporate liaison activities for its Abu Dhabi branch. This role calls for someone adept at managing government transactions related to employee immigration, corporate documentation, licensing, and security clearances specific to the construction sector and ADNOC requirements.

Primary Duties

  • Administer full lifecycle of employee visas, work permits, labour, residency, Emirates ID issuance, and other government paperwork.
  • Ensure timely renewal and amendment of company trade licenses, management of MOA documents, registrations, and other statutory filings.
  • Oversee tenancy agreements and associated municipal paperwork.
  • Coordinate CICPA security pass applications and renewals for personnel accessing oil and gas facilities.
  • Manage all ADNOC-related compliance requirements including documentation, registrations, approvals, security, and site access.
  • Interact directly with Abu Dhabi and UAE official agencies to expedite procedure completions.
  • Keep detailed records and proactively track expiry and renewal deadlines to ensure sustainable compliance.
  • Carry out any additional government relation or administrative responsibilities necessary for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated previous experience as a PRO within Abu Dhabi, specifically supporting construction or contracting businesses.
  • Practical expertise in ADNOC protocols and CICPA security pass procedures.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UAE government systems covering immigration, labor, and corporate licensing operations.
  • Self-sufficient management of end-to-end administrative government transactions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English communication, both oral and written.
  • Possession of a UAE driving license is favorable.
  • Strictly candidates with prior Abu Dhabi construction sector and ADNOC dealings will be considered.
