Job Overview
This role involves delivering consulting services under the guidance of senior team members, overseeing daily client engagement activities, and playing an active role in business development initiatives by providing valuable inputs for acquiring new clients. You will be responsible for managing and leading client meetings and spearheading outreach to media professionals and influencers by discovering and connecting with new contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client consulting as assigned by senior staff members.
- Manage the routine interactions and services for clients independently when required.
- Contribute to the growth of the business by assisting in identifying new opportunities and providing strategic input.
- Organize, participate in, and frequently lead meetings with clients to ensure alignment and progress.
- Lead media and influencer engagement efforts, actively seeking and building relationships with journalists and potential influencers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 4 to 6 years of experience, including leadership of project mandates while collaborating constructively with team members of varying seniority.
- Comprehensive understanding of how agency products and services impact client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Capability to mentor and support junior team members effectively.
- Exhibit professionalism, respect, and diplomacy when interfacing with colleagues and clients, maintaining a collaborative team and client-centered approach.
