Torque Communications is a well-established agency with two decades of experience, specializing in managing client relationships and delivering impactful public relations strategies for diverse B2C sectors such as FinTech, E-commerce, Lifestyle, and Fashion. Located in Indiranagar, Bangalore, this role demands an on-site presence, working five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage all deliverables across varied sectors, including defense, telecommunication, logistics, technology, and e-commerce.
• Work closely with clients to develop key messages and content that align with brand identity and effectively appeal to their target audiences' emotions and interests.
• Produce strategic and engaging content such as press releases and articles tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with journalists from relevant media outlets through ongoing communication and delivering relevant story ideas.
• Pitch stories to secure favorable media coverage, boosting clients’ visibility in desired publications.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to understand public perceptions of brands or issues.
• Prepare detailed client reports summarizing media mentions, emerging trends, and sentiment analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in communications or related domains.
• Hold a Master's degree in Communication, Social Sciences, Research Analysis, or a related field.
• Previous experience in PR or media agencies working with B2C clients across sectors such as FinTech, E-commerce, Lifestyle, and Fashion is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, an aptitude for integrating diverse ideas and technologies, and a creative approach to innovative solutions.
• Have a broad knowledge base appealing to both domestic and international clients, including major corporations and Fortune 500 companies.

Location

This position is based at the office in Indiranagar, Bangalore, requiring on-site attendance five days per week.

Compensation

Salary will be aligned with the candidate’s skills and relevant experience.
