Public Area Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a committed Public Area Cleaner to join the team at Canopy London City. This role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and is crucial in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards in hotel public spaces and meeting rooms. The role also encompasses maintaining high levels of guest care and ensuring both front and back of house cleanliness adhere to prescribed standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas consistently throughout night shifts.
• Complete all scheduled deep cleaning tasks in a timely manner following safety protocols.
• Properly use and store cleaning materials in line with hotel policies.
• Communicate effectively with management to document and monitor cleaning activities as per hotel standards.
• Timely respond to supervisor and management requests.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
