Role Overview

We seek a Pub Bartender to join our dedicated team on a full-time permanent basis. This role involves crafting a variety of beverages with an emphasis on delivering genuine hospitality and meticulous attention to detail, within one of our lively bar settings.

Primary Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of drinks, such as cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to top quality standards.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable service at all times.
• Become well versed in the beverage offerings, bar menu, and any ongoing promotions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and attractive presentation of the bar area consistently.
• Handle guest orders and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support inventory management including stock control and restocking.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety policies, as well as responsible alcohol service rules.
• Collaborate effectively with the entire Food & Beverage team to maximize guest satisfaction.

Desired Profile

• Experience working as a bartender or in a bar service position, preferably within hospitality settings like hotels, pubs, or restaurants.
• Solid knowledge of beverages including cocktails, wines, and the operations of a bar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, confident, and approachable manner with guests.
• Capability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail under fast-paced conditions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A positive demeanor and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
