About Zeaina
Zeaina (زينة) is a female-focused beauty booking platform based in Riyadh that connects women with verified salons and independent beauty artists. The platform offers private appointments, verified providers, and home service options.
Responsibilities
- Identify and actively recruit salons, makeup artists, and independent beauty professionals throughout Riyadh.
- Manage the complete onboarding process from the initial outreach to the provider's first successfully completed booking.
- Cultivate lasting relationships to ensure providers remain engaged and active beyond just signing up.
- Relay insights and feedback gathered from providers to the product team to drive platform improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess knowledge about Riyadh's beauty industry or demonstrate the ability to learn it quickly.
- Comfortable with direct outreach methods, including social media messages, phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
- Fluency in Arabic and practical proficiency in English.
- Motivated by ownership of results and outcomes rather than merely executing tasks.
Compensation and Additional Information
This role is part of the founding team and offers 5% equity in Zeaina, vested over four years with a one-year cliff. There is no fixed salary at this stage; the equity reflects ownership over developing the supply side of the marketplace.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; remote-first approach with periodic field visits.
