Our Western Canada team, based in Vancouver, delivers innovative and sustainable designs for sports, entertainment, transportation, and industrial projects, blending functionality with artistic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in producing timely, polished, and competitive proposals responding to RFPs.
• Craft proposals and visual materials using Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator.
• Organize consultant contributions and personalize project profiles and team details.
• Proofread and refine proposal documents to ensure adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related area.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience within engineering, architectural, or professional service environments considered beneficial.
• French-English bilingualism viewed as a plus.

Compensation

Salary ranges vary by province:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 to $76,200
MB & ON: $52,200 to $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 to $69,000

Final salary offers depend on factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business requirements. The ranges are subject to change based on business decisions.
