Company Overview
Namobhoomi Infratech LLP is actively recruiting for the position of Property Sales Executive located at Ground Floor, H-190, Sector 63, Noida, within the Delhi-NCR region.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for property sales.
- Provide detailed explanations of projects, pricing structures, and payment plans to potential clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients and organize site visits.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed bookings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Demonstrate a sales-driven and confident attitude.
- Prior experience in real estate is advantageous; however, freshers are welcome to apply.
- Preference for candidates available to join immediately.
Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month, supplemented with attractive incentive bonuses.
