Role Summary

The Property Manager will oversee and expand a residential property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. This role involves managing relationships, coordinating maintenance, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining accurate records and systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties.
• Secure new property management contracts and cultivate client relationships.
• Oversee communications and support for landlords and tenants.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and manage contractor relationships.
• Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and tracking arrears.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant tenancy laws, specifically the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records.

• Proven experience in residential property management.

• Excellent relationship-building capabilities with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Confident, professional, and empathetic communication skills.

• Possession of a full New Zealand driver’s license.
