Role Summary

We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our Property Management team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of residential or commercial property portfolios
• Handling tenant relationships during all phases of lease agreements and acting as a contact person for property owners and asset managers
• Managing lease contracts and supporting leasing processes
• Coordinating service providers, utilities, and suppliers
• Conducting handovers and acceptance of rental units along with regular property inspections
• Preparing timely reports
• Assisting in the preparation and review of service charge statements
• Planning and monitoring budgets and improving economic outcomes

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training in the real estate sector, such as training as a real estate clerk; alternatively, a completed degree in business administration, real estate economics, or real estate management (Bachelor or Master)
• Desirable experience in commercial or technical property management
• Fluent in German
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with property management software
