Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Property Manager to lead comprehensive management of our residential and hospitality assets, such as Airbnbs and villas, ensuring seamless daily operations. This role demands high ownership and independence, focused on efficient multi-property administration through system creation and strict execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for multiple properties, maintaining guest-ready conditions consistently.
- Manage upkeep of rooms, washrooms, communal areas, and outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
- Coordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive schedules for electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
- Supervise vendor relationships—plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, pest control, AMC servicing—ensuring quality, timely completion, and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain thorough documentation including property inventory, consumable usage, equipment status, vendor invoices, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and internal policies across all properties.
- Drive guest experience excellence by ensuring smooth check-ins, quick resolution of issues, and maintaining hospitality quality at all touchpoints.
- Manage and train housekeeping, caretakers, and security teams, enforcing grooming, service etiquette and discipline.
- Recruit new staff or replace underperforming personnel to uphold operational quality.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and enforce SOPs across multiple properties.
- Expertise in managing staff effectively and motivating teams rather than performing tasks solo.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, upkeep, and guest preparedness.
- Skilled in vendor negotiation and relationship building, with experience maintaining robust emergency support systems.
- Ability to maintain operational discipline and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
