Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of an organic farm stay in Pune. The role demands excellence in guest relations, operational management, and event coordination to ensure superior service quality and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services to create memorable experiences.
- Uphold high standards of service quality throughout the property.
- Supervise all aspects of the organic farm stay operations and lead the staff effectively.
- Monitor and drive the property’s financial health and budget adherence.
- Formulate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Plan and manage weekend events to enhance guest engagement.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates with a B.B.A. or B.M.S. degree specializing in Operations, Management, Event Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual remuneration in the range of 240,000 to 300,000 INR.
- Food allowance provided.
