Role Overview

This opening is for a Property Lawyer to join the well-regarded Brisbane team. The role involves diverse property law work rather than a limited focus, including significant and intricate transactions such as major acquisitions and disposals, land and property development, commercial deals, and conveyancing.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, building strong client relationships and shouldering increasing responsibility as you develop.

The team welcomes lawyers at various experience levels. Senior candidates may also engage in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contribute actively to the team's expansion.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has experience in property law, preferably involving commercial property transactions and/or development projects, alongside excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship management abilities. A strong drive for career progression and the desire to join a team with clear advancement pathways are highly valued.
