About the Role
Raaya Sites seeks a Property Field Executive to conduct on-site visits of properties throughout Bengaluru, tasked with gathering detailed information, photographs, and other relevant on-ground data.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned properties according to schedule to gather necessary information.
- Capture clear photographs and document details of the property/site accurately.
- Maintain coordination with the Relationship Manager for smooth operations.
- Engage courteously and respectfully with property owners during visits.
- Log visit findings and updates promptly in the company's software system.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken Kannada is mandatory.
- Possess sound judgment, effective communication skills, and a positive outlook.
- Comfortable with traveling throughout Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone and computer usage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not a necessity.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Additional Information
The role is based at the Vijayanagar area in Bengaluru and requires office attendance. Monthly compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 plus travel allowances.
