About the Role
We are actively seeking motivated Real Estate Property Consultants to join our team in Sharjah. Candidates must have excellent command of English along with strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal applicant will have at least one year of real estate sales experience within the UAE market and demonstrate ambition, confidence, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' property needs and suggest appropriate real estate options.
- Keep abreast of market conditions, pricing trends, and new property launches.
- Conduct professional property tours and presentations.
- Effectively track and follow up with leads using an advanced CRM system.
- Negotiate deal terms and provide comprehensive support throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and investors.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
