About the Role

Top of the Top Properties invites driven individuals to join their expanding real estate sales team as Property Consultants. This role demands ambition and focus on results to excel in the dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities.
• Organize and conduct property viewings while delivering comprehensive details about listings.
• Lead negotiations for property deals to secure the most favorable terms for clients.
• Utilize CRM software to track client communications and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, property owners, and internal teams to facilitate seamless transaction processes.

Requirements

• Possess between one to two years of experience in real estate sales or a comparable sales position.
• Demonstrate strong sales abilities along with a customer service mindset.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages provides an additional benefit.
