Accessible Space Inc is seeking a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance professional for roles based in the Twin Cities area, specifically Bloomington, MN.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property
• Carry out minor maintenance repairs on buildings and units
• Perform all duties involved in unit turnovers
• Conduct ongoing routine maintenance and preventative checks
• Implement necessary inspections of units and the building
• Run routine errands as needed
• Solicit bids for contracted maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least one year of experience performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Capability to interact appropriately and effectively with individuals
• Availability to perform general responsibilities Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Physical capability required for the role
• Drug test is mandatory
