Property Advisor

About the Role

Infinity Developments seeks an energetic and target-oriented Property Advisor to join their real estate sales team in Dubai, UAE. This role entails providing expert advice to clients on property options, managing client leads, and driving property sales efficiently from inquiry through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on residential and investment properties that align with their needs.
• Develop and handle leads generated through company campaigns, referrals, roadshows, and direct contact efforts.
• Evaluate client requirements including budget and investment goals to provide tailored recommendations.
• Lead property presentations, organize viewings and sales meetings to facilitate deals.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients as well as investors.
• Negotiate offers effectively and provide comprehensive support throughout the sales journey.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and update CRM systems accurately.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual and team-based sales targets.
• Keep abreast of real estate market trends, pricing, and emerging investment opportunities.
• Represent the company with professionalism at exhibitions, roadshows, and client events.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one to three years of experience in real estate sales, property advisory, investment sales, or relevant fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Strong sales-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
• Professional demeanor and superior client-facing skills.
• Preferably knowledgeable about the Dubai property market.
• Proficient in English with additional languages considered a plus.
• Experience in UAE real estate and familiarity with RERA regulations preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary combined with commission, underpinned by experience level.
