Job Overview
Pronto invites applications for the role of Maid / Housekeeping Professional based in Pune. This position offers flexible employment options, including both part-time and full-time work schedules. The job entails performing typical household chores at customers' residences to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping and mopping floors to ensure spotlessly clean surfaces.
- Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Cleaning bathrooms and washrooms thoroughly.
- Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes based on requirements.
- Preparing vegetables and basic cooking-related tasks.
- Conducting general house cleaning and upkeep to sustain a hygienic environment.
Compensation and Work Schedule
You can select your working hours according to your availability. Monthly earnings depend on the hours worked:
- 4 hours: ₹6,000 to ₹10,080
- 8 hours: ₹12,000 to ₹21,630
- 10 hours: ₹16,500 to ₹28,200
- 12 hours: ₹21,000 to ₹36,000
Additional incentives are offered based on performance and attendance, with total earnings potentially exceeding ₹40,000 per month.

- 8-hour shifts: ₹14,000 to ₹32,000 plus incentives.
- 12-hour shifts: ₹21,000 to ₹40,000 plus incentives.
Actual compensation depends on working hours, assignments, attendance, experience, and incentives received.
