Role Summary

The Prompt Writer position, based on-site in Bhopal, involves developing, refining, and managing AI prompts that enable artificial intelligence models to deliver relevant, accurate, and contextual responses for real estate users. This full-time role requires collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and domain specialists to continuously test and enhance prompt effectiveness, document guidelines, and contribute to elevating user interaction and platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, compose, and polish prompts that steer AI models towards producing useful, precise outputs tailored to real estate users.
• Conduct user research and analyze property-related workflows to better understand user journeys and system requirements.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to test prompt performance, evaluate AI responses, and iteratively improve outputs.
• Document prompt creation standards and maintain organized prompt libraries for consistent execution.
• Contribute innovative ideas aimed at enhancing overall platform usability and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to write clear, concise, and structured textual content optimized for AI systems and end users alike.
• Strong analytical aptitude and research capabilities to comprehend real estate processes, user needs, and data trends.
• Experience or keen interest in AI technologies, particularly large language models and conversational interfaces related to prompt engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Keen attention to detail, logical thinking, and proficiency in testing and refining AI prompts for improved performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Linguistics, English, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior background in content writing, UX writing, technical writing, or product documentation is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the real estate sector or online marketplaces is advantageous.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment located in Bhopal.
