About Capula and the Role
Capula, a member of the Dalkia Group, specializes in operational technology and digital transformation, undertaking complex system integration projects in sectors such as energy, water, renewables, and manufacturing. We are recruiting a Project Planner to play a crucial role in supporting delivery teams on diverse projects, from tender phase through to completion, primarily within the UK's essential infrastructure and energy environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evaluate comprehensive project schedules utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Commercial teams, and Engineering staff to align project plans and schedules.
- Contribute to tender preparation and programme development initiatives.
- Generate detailed reports on project performance and provide regular programme updates to stakeholders.
- Advance project milestones by performing critical path analyses, handling variance reports, and managing risks proactively.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated planning experience on extensive Power, Infrastructure, or Energy sector projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software.
- Familiarity with NEC contracts framework.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Capable of balancing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Earned Value Analysis techniques.
- Background working with National Grid or in electricity transmission/generation projects.
