Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within defined scope, overseeing all facets of project delivery. This position requires continuous monitoring and summary of project progress, effective coordination with various internal teams, and regular updates to senior management about project status.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and manage delivery of customized projects.
• Collaborate across departments to align project elements with client requirements and technical practicality.
• Engage directly with clients to ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope.
• Support clients in utilizing platform services such as APIs and control panels to achieve successful onboarding.
• Conduct product demonstrations as necessary.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders to guarantee technical viability.
• Create comprehensive project plans for progress tracking and monitoring.
• Guide clients during project delivery phases and aid in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Oversee project development progress, provide support to developers when needed, and report updates to stakeholders.
• Manage modifications in project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification methods.
• Maintain detailed project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic background in engineering: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech qualifications.
• Professional experience spanning 7 to 8 years in project management, technical support, or software development roles.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in SaaS-based organizations.
