About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in AI and technology to oversee comprehensive software development projects. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams including development, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initial planning through delivery and ongoing support.
- Establish clear project scopes, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and prioritization.
- Manage and synchronize SaaS or software development initiatives.
- Coordinate efforts among Developers, QA, UI/UX, AI/ML, and business teams.
- Monitor project advancement, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and internal parties.
- Detect and resolve bottlenecks, driving projects to completion.
- Handle AI-related features, integrations, and workflows within projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams on AI APIs, large language models, automation, data workflows, and AI-powered SaaS products.
- Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, schedules, and business goals.
- Conduct periodic reviews and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in project management focusing on software projects.
- Strong familiarity with SaaS product development and lifecycle stages.
- Practical experience managing web, mobile, SaaS, or software projects.
- In-depth understanding of SDLC and methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in documentation and tracking project progress.
- Capability to engage with technical teams and comprehend technical discussions.
- Preferred hands-on experience with AI projects or AI system integrations.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or equivalents.
- Demonstrated skill in managing deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple stakeholders.
Additional Information
This position is based in Surat, Gujarat, India and requires full-time onsite employment.
