Role Overview

This role is a full-time, on-premise Project Manager position located in Jharsuguda, Odisha. The responsibilities include comprehensive project oversight from planning through execution to ensure projects are delivered timely, within budget, and according to scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors to maintain project workflow.
• Track project status, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues swiftly.
• Oversee expediting operations to guarantee prompt procurement and supply chain follow-up.
• Monitor inspection processes to assure compliance with quality and project standards.
• Manage logistics activities, including transportation, material movement, and resource allocation to support project milestones.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports and maintain thorough documentation.
• Maintain transparent and regular communication with all stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven project management capabilities including planning, scheduling, risk handling, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with expediting techniques for effective material and service delivery coordination.
• Capability to handle inspection-related tasks ensuring quality assurance throughout project life cycle.
• Skills in logistics management to optimize transportation and material flow.
• Preferred educational background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience working on-site in industrial or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management software and proficiency in MS Office; good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
