Project Manager

About the Role

Focal Buildings Solutions (FBS) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to become a vital member of the Project Management Department based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of interior design and construction projects, ensuring they are executed within contractual scopes, timelines, budgets, and maintained quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects.
• Track project schedules and budgets actively, identifying and mitigating risks of delays.
• Collaborate closely with clients and coordinate effectively with internal divisions such as Design, Technical, Procurement, and Site Execution teams.
• Manage and process variation orders, change requests, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Organize regular project meetings to monitor progress on deliverables, assess risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise quality assurance efforts, facilitate client walkthroughs, and ensure smooth project handover processes.
• Focus on achieving high client satisfaction through adherence to project requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Have between 6 and 12 years of proven experience in project management, with hands-on involvement in site execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Possession of PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is considered beneficial.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment and mitigation, leadership of project teams, and management of client relationships is essential.
