Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager based in Lucknow to lead the complete lifecycle of skill development and employability projects. The role involves defining project parameters like scope, timelines, and deliverables, collaborating extensively with internal teams and external stakeholders including CSR partners, corporates, and academic institutions, and ensuring project milestones and placement targets are achieved. Oversight of logistical arrangements for training events, tracking participant progress, documentation, compliance with guidelines, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective measures to enhance project effectiveness and quality are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, and deliverables with clear alignment to stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate effectively across internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Manage logistics involving training venues, session timings, materials, and resources.
• Monitor participant outcomes and progress towards training and placement goals.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations reflecting project status and data analysis.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project standards, partner requirements, and compliance guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous program improvement efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven project management expertise encompassing planning, execution, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to expedite deliverables through systematic follow-up with various stakeholders.
• Inspection and quality assurance skills to evaluate training session standards and partner compliance.
• Competence in coordinating logistics for on-site training events and activities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Data analysis proficiency for tracking outcomes and preparing clear, concise reports.
• Experience in education, skilling, CSR initiatives, or employability-focused programs is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
