Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager is tasked with ensuring the successful completion of client-facing and internal projects from start to finish. Located in Dubai, this role melds traditional project management skills with the use of modern Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to enhance work processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of projects, both external and internal.
• Define clear project scopes, objectives, scheduling, key milestones, required resources, budgets, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering teams, sales, company leadership, and customer stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Identify, monitor, reduce, and escalate any risks or obstacles impacting project progress.
• Regularly incorporate LLM tools for planning, status updates, documentation, summarization, and structured data analysis.
• Evaluate AI-generated content to verify technical correctness, ensure confidentiality, and confirm appropriateness for audience use.
• Keep detailed project documentation covering decisions, risks, and communications with stakeholders.
• Track project progress against defined scope, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Facilitate project closure activities, including handover, formal acceptance, and capturing lessons learned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of five years' experience in project management.
• Proven track record managing both client-facing and internal projects.
• Competence in overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Confidence in using LLMs as part of daily work activities.
• Ability to clarify ambiguous tasks and convert goals into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical parties.
• Professional-level proficiency in English.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Possession of certifications such as PMP, Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE2, or equivalent in project management methodologies.
• Professional-level Arabic language skills.
• Familiarity with engineering, software development, AI, or technical consulting project environments.
• Experience handling multiple projects at once.
