Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Manager responsible for overseeing internal projects and coordinating with external partners to ensure projects meet timelines, budget constraints, and compliance requirements.

Work Setting

This role supports our remote-first working culture with the possibility of travel to our Mumbai office for business needs or team events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of projects ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality delivery utilizing tools such as SharePoint for project planning and monitoring.
• Track project performance by monitoring milestones, consultant expenditures, invoicing processes, cash flow, and time management.
• Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and complies with company policies and audit standards through proper archiving and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to facilitate smooth project execution and service delivery.
• Draft, review, and support the development of Statements of Work and project proposals aligned with client and project specifications.
• Maintain service level agreement (SLA) compliance, manage change requests, and oversee resource allocation to guarantee operational excellence.
• Supervise financial operations including prompt invoicing, purchase order management, and monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reporting per internal controls.
• Effectively communicate project statuses through structured emails and Management Information System (MIS) dashboards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience managing projects within Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Device sectors.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is mandatory, preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical fields.
• Strong capabilities in project planning and coordination grounded in project and account management principles.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not required.

Hiring Process

Applicants must confirm they satisfy the job criteria and have legal authorization to work in the advertised country. The hiring stages include an initial recruiter screening, technical assessment, and two to three interview rounds conducted virtually via MS Teams. For this position, interviews encompass manager, technical, and HR rounds.
