Project Manager - Russian Speaker

Role Overview

The Project Manager - Russian Speaker is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai. This role demands overseeing the complete project lifecycle across various initiatives, ensuring all project phases from scope to delivery are effectively managed. Key duties include scheduling, resource coordination, budget oversight, and delivering projects on time with adherence to quality standards. The position requires frequent communication with suppliers, vendors, and clients, particularly engaging Russian-speaking stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and synchronize expectations.

Daily Responsibilities

• Managing project timelines and coordinating all involved parties to meet deadlines.
• Expediting procurement processes, including materials and documentation flow.
• Organizing and scheduling inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and contractual specifications.
• Overseeing logistics to ensure smooth transportation and handling of materials and equipment.
• Preparing regular status updates and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Assisting with risk mitigation, process improvements, and encouraging collaborative teamwork.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated project management expertise, including expediting to handle timelines and stakeholder needs effectively.
• Understanding of expediting roles and processes to ensure timely procurement and vendor management.
• Experience conducting inspections and enforcing quality control per technical and regulatory standards.
• Strong logistics coordination skills for material and equipment distribution.
• Fluent communication in both Russian and English, capable of engaging international stakeholders and producing professional reports.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment managing multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to deadlines and quality.
• Proficiency in project management software and office applications such as MS Project, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with overseas or Middle Eastern projects, with knowledge of Dubai’s business landscape considered a plus.
