Project Manager

Overview

Seeking a Project Manager responsible for leading project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality outputs. This role demands defining the scope, creating thorough project documentation, and aligning objectives with organizational goals through strong leadership and communication.

Primary Duties

• Work with stakeholders to ascertain project goals and translate them into a detailed scope including deliverables, timelines, and required resources.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering activities, schedules, resource allocation, and budget, updating these as necessary.
• Oversee daily project operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Effectively allocate resources, monitor progress, and adapt plans to keep projects on track.
• Proactively identify risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders via regular updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and fall within project scope.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and generate performance and budget reports.
• Develop understanding documents from user input and create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational requirement: MBA in Finance, MBA in Operations, or an equivalent qualification.
• Technical proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills focused on clear, concise documentation and scope articulation.
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities to juggle multiple projects under tight schedules.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to foresee challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
