Role Overview

The Project Manager will spearhead the initiation, planning, execution, and final delivery of projects, ensuring they are aligned with both business goals and client expectations. This role holds full ownership of the project’s scope, timeline, budget, and effective communication with all stakeholders, coordinating efforts among internal teams, vendors, and offshore partners to guarantee successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct project planning and execution to meet outlined objectives.
• Establish comprehensive project scope, objectives, and governance framework while preparing detailed schedules and resource plans.
• Oversee execution stages, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Manage project finances, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures to maintain project health.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders through consistent status updates and engagement.
• Supervise third-party vendors and internal cross-functional teams within a matrix organizational environment.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulatory, company, and industry requirements.
• Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to formalize acceptance of deliverables.
• Assist with change management initiatives to promote adoption of digital solutions.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative project environment.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or closely related disciplines.
• Between 3 and 7 years experience managing projects, preferably in IT, digital transformation, or regulated sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects such as cloud migrations, infrastructure modernizations, or digital workplace deployments.
• Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, including PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational aptitude, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent skills in communication, facilitation, presentations, and negotiation.
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating broad, cross-functional teams.
• Experience utilizing project management software tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI, along with documentation standards.
• Fluent English language skills; additional languages would be beneficial.
• Competence in collaborating effectively with third-party suppliers and offshore teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management acumen with a customer-focused approach.
