Project Manager - Media Technology Middle East

Job Overview

This opportunity involves leading global broadcast and media technology projects with a focus on transforming and managing complex technical initiatives. You will work closely with internal specialists, consultants, and system architects to ensure projects meet deadlines, milestones, and budgets while maintaining strong communication with teams, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project management, tracking, and documentation for technological transformation and infrastructure initiatives in media, IT, and entertainment sectors
• Define and meet project objectives considering timeline, cost constraints, and quality standards
• Maintain clear communication channels with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Coordinate commercial and organizational aspects in collaboration with sales and technology/system integration teams
• Build and lead project teams including external personnel
• Utilize and maintain project management tools such as BlueAnt and use ERP system AP+ for reporting
• Create, update, and manage project-related documentation employing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical degree or equivalent vocational training
• Proven project management expertise with extensive experience handling technology projects
• Preferably possess project management certifications from GPM/IPMA, PMI, or AXELOS
• Experience in managing projects within media, broadcasting, or production environments
• Familiarity with PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2, and ITIL methodologies
• Knowledge of German construction contract procedures (VOB) is advantageous
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
• Proficient in project management software (such as MS Project) and Microsoft Office tools
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written
